2nd ANNUAL HLBSA Conference - November 12th & 13th, 2009
HLBSA (Hispanic and Latino Business Student Association), the community for Hispanic and Latin American MBA talents at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, would like to invite you to sponsor HLBSA’s flagship event: The 2nd Annual HLBSA Conference.
HLBSA is planning to significantly expand our annual conference and we are excited to offer you the opportunity to take part in this landmark event. For the past two years, we have worked to set the foundation for the conference by hosting several workshops and bringing key speakers to Ross. For 2009, we are planning to set the bar even higher by planning a full, two-day conference with cultural activities, panel discussions and professional networking opportunities.
GOALS FOR OUR 2nd ANNUAL CONFERENCE
- Bring Hispanic & Latin American business leaders to Ross to share their knowledge with current HLBSA membership as well as alumni
- Welcome back HLBSA alumni to Ross in order to recognize their achievements as well as to develop networking relationships with current membership
- Provide current membership with the opportunity to gain further insight into how to succeed in today’s challenging business environment

- Ability to tap into the University of Michigan’s growing Latin American & Hispanic talent pool. HLBSA currently has over 100 members, and membership is expected to increase this fall
